I have two tankless systems and I have the typical water temperature fluctuation at start up and when other water sources around the house are used. I believe the solution is to ass a tank water heater at the output of the tankless system. Does anybody have experience with the size of the tank that I should use? To some degree this is going to eliminate the efficiency benefit of the tankless system. There does not seem to be another option though...

Looks as though if you are replacing a gas type tank unit, that would be the most cost effective installation. This is due to the fact that you would already have all the connections and venting needed to set the unit up.
